HELP US MAKE IT BETTER

Contact and feedback for the Mac keyboard tester

A clear report makes a keyboard issue easier to understand. Copy a report template, add what you observed and share it through your usual project or support channel.

01

What to include in a Mac keyboard tester bug report

Record the page, browser and version, macOS version, keyboard model, connection type and selected layout. Explain what you expected and what happened instead. Include repeatable steps and whether the same key behaves differently in another app.

02

Suggest a keyboard tool or layout improvement

Describe the task you are trying to complete and where the current interface falls short. For a layout request, include the region or standard and the relevant physical key codes from the event log.

03

Keep sensitive typing out of shared reports

A downloaded session can contain the keys you tested. Review it before sharing and remove private text. Copying a report on this page prepares text locally; it does not submit or send a message.
